PRNI Registration
Registration is closed. Only on-site registration is possible. The registration server (at EPFL) is here. Further dinner tickets are only available by inquiry onsite
Overview of the procedure: the payment will be processed via the Payonline system at EPFL, which will connect to you PostFinance (yellow logo), a large Swiss Bank handling the actual transaction. When this succeeds, you wil be taken back to the Payonline server at EPFL. The beneficiary of the payment will appear on your credit card under ''EPFL conferences et manifestations''. Reduced registration fees are available for undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled in a full-time study programme. For graduate students, student status is defined as up to the end of doctoral studies (thesis defense), at the time of registration.
Fees are payable in Euros (EUR). Pound Sterling (GBP) amounts are indicated for information only (fixed GBP-EUR exchange rate of 1.24). This is because the payment processing server, located in Switzerland, can only accept Euros.
The registration fee includes attendance to the workshop technical programme, a CD of the proceedings, and the reception. Note that daily lunch is not provided, and that tickets to the workshop dinner are sold separately. They are now in very short supply, please inquire by email (prni2012reg AT listes.epfl.ch)
Deadlines
Early registration deadline is the 11th of May, 2012. Registrations after this date are Standard or On-site.
Standard registration deadline is the 25th of June, 2012. Registration after this date are On-site (not available online).
On-site registration is only possible in the morning of the 2nd and the 3rd of July.
Authors of accepted papers must have at least one author registered by the early registration deadline to ensure inclusion in the proceedings. One author's registration covers up to two papers.
Cancellation and refunds policy
Registrations may be cancelled with no fees up to the 4th of June, 2012. After this date, a 62 EUR (50 GBP) cancellation fee will apply.
No refunds will be given for cancellations after the 18th of June. No-shows at the workshop will not be refunded.
